Tyrone was born the eldest of twins, being brought into this world five minutes before his sibling. This placed him in the best possible situation for the son of a noble family, especially one such as House Nordica; it meant that when Tyrone grew older, he would inherit the House, the power and wealth that came with being the elder twin. As a child, Tyrone was trained in the ways of such responsibilities. He was taught to read and write, how to do finances, how to mingle with other noble families and dress for the occasion. He was trained with a sword and a lance, taught how to ride a horse and how to be diplomatic when the times arose. Nothing seemed out of place for a young Lord-in-training, and it seemed that the child would be raised into the perfect leader. Yet, somehow, things changed. Before bed one night, he found a strange journal in his room, and upon opening it, he was mystified at the strange writing. When he awoke the next morning, his father, the Lord of House Nordica, told him that his brother would be better suited to taking the lead of the House, and that officially, Tyrone was excommunicated from the family. An act of compassion perhaps, but Tyrone’s father allowed him to take a horse, his sword and lance (which were gifts once he learned how to use them), and anything he could pack within an hour – then was told to never return. |
As a child, Tyrone was rather stuck up and stuffy; it was mostly due to the way he was raised, brought up like he was better than everyone else. When he was in a social situation he was quite proper, but normally he was a bit of a brat – the acception being around his twin, whom he always had the best relationship with. Until his twin took the House from him, and took his place in the family. Now, Tyrone has problems trusting people, and his relationship with his brother is quite strained. “Hate” would be too strong a word to explain how much that Tyrone dislikes his brother, but there’s a serious anger issue right now. Speaking of anger, Tyrone is prone to fits of rage over the smallest things, as he’s quite used to getting his own way. When he doesn’t? Well, watch out. Tyrone does hate his father, though, and would gladly murder the old man if given the chance. He’s quite skilled with the lance and sword both on his feet and on horseback, but he doesn’t flaunt it. That’s the quickest way to get yourself killed. |
